We discussed everything I needed and she was flexible with her recommendations and multiple times noted that if I wasn't comfortable with something we could adapt. Dr. Collman is professional and very personable. This has been the best new patient onboarding and overall service I've ever had. I'm confident my medical care is in good hands and it's a relief to finally experience having a doctor thats knowledgeable on the latest treatments, great listener and a collaborative approach to helping me manage my health. Great place with a great doctor! Insurance or not, they are able to give you the services you need. Whether it be in person or virtual visits, there is always availability to see a doctor! Prose medical is a great place to receive care. I’m happy to have such a caring doctor and I appreciate that she actually takes the time to listen to me and review my medical history. Dr. Collman's care actually starts before you even meet her for your appointment. From our very first phone call and subsequent video consultation, I felt heard. She was attentive, she listened and really tried to hone in on my concerns.
During the in-person appointment, I never felt rushed (like not at all). She made me feel calm and comfortable and again, heard!! I cannot overstate how important and reassuring it is to feel and know that the person providing you with medical care, genuinely listens to your health concerns and fears.

After having a wonderful physician who passed away, and then trying to find a doctor that wasn't just 'sit and wait an hour in the office for a 10 min visit', I am thrilled to have found Dr. Collman.  There is no being 'triaged' through a front desk receptionist to determine if I'm sick enough to be seen. There is also no, "Well, I'm going to prescribe this RX with no idea what your insurance might do; it's out of my hands". Dr. Collman provides flexibility for in-person and virtual visits.  Dr. Collman takes the time to listen, time to explain test results, advocates on my behalf, and understands the connection between mind and body. First time visiting the office as a new patient. I am only sad I waited too long thinking not having insurance was a barrier to health care. Dr. Coleman has payment plans for every budget. All the paperwork is done before you arrive so she has sufficient time to go over all your questions and concerns. The office is clean, private and stylish. It was fairly quick and simple to make an appointment. No waiting to be seen. Everything was one on one. Its 100% VIP treatment🤗.
